• Power cycle: Turn off the breaker for 2 minutes, then restore power and observe LED behavior.
• Check for moisture: Inspect the front cover and LED area for condensation or water ingress.
• Update firmware: Ensure the Wall Connector is connected to Wi‑Fi (Gen 3) so it can receive firmware updates that may correct display issues.
• If LEDs remain erratic and other faults appear: The control board or LED board may be failing; replacement of the Wall Connector is recommended.
