Charger enclosure vibrates or rattles when contactor engages or during charging.

Safety first: Turn off power before tightening any hardware.

• Check wall anchors: Verify that all mounting screws and anchors are tight and appropriate for the wall material.
• Secure internal parts: With the cover removed (power OFF), tighten screws on the contactor, terminal blocks, and any internal brackets.
• Relieve cable strain: Ensure the cable is supported and not pulling downward or sideways on the enclosure.

Persistent vibration may require adding vibration-damping washers or relocating the charger to a more rigid surface.
