Possible Causes

Lost Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection, Incorrect OCPP or cloud configuration, Expired or invalid RFID authorization list, Faulty communication module

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Network configuration changes do not require opening the charger; avoid internal work unless necessary.

  • Check local charging mode: If possible, switch the charger to local/manual mode to test if it can charge without network authorization.
  • Verify network connection: Check Wi-Fi signal strength or Ethernet link status. Restart the router and charger.
  • Re-enter credentials: Using the app or web interface, confirm SSID, password, and any OCPP server URLs or tokens are correct.
  • Update authorization: Refresh RFID cards or user accounts in the backend system if applicable.

If E13 persists with a known-good network and correct settings, the internal communication module may be defective and require replacement.
