How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power immediately if moisture is present inside the charger.
- Dry the unit: Open the enclosure (power OFF) and gently dry internal surfaces with a clean cloth. Allow several hours of drying time in a warm, dry environment.
- Inspect seals: Check door gaskets, cable glands, and conduit entries for cracks, gaps, or improper tightening.
- Correct mounting: Ensure the charger is mounted vertically and that any drip edges are oriented correctly.
After drying and resealing, restore power and monitor. If corrosion or damage is visible on the PCB or wiring, components may need replacement.
