• 1. Check temperature reading: In the service interface, view the reported internal temperature. If it is unrealistically high, suspect a sensor fault.
• 2. Inspect sensor connection: Locate the NTC temperature sensor and ensure its connector is secure and wires are intact.
• 3. Firmware settings: Verify that no diagnostic or forced-cooling mode is enabled in the configuration.
• 4. Replace sensor: If the sensor reading is incorrect and wiring is good, replace the NTC sensor.
• 5. Board repair: If the sensor reads correctly but the fan remains on, the fan control transistor or driver on the main board may be shorted; replace the main control or power board.
