Possible Causes
Metal enclosure or wall blocking signal, Antenna not properly connected or oriented, Interference from nearby Wi‑Fi networks, Faulty Wi‑Fi module or antenna cable
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Network work is low voltage, but isolate power before opening the unit.
- 1. Check router placement: Move the Wi‑Fi router closer to the charger or reduce obstacles (metal cabinets, thick walls) between them.
- 2. Change Wi‑Fi channel: Log into the router and select a less congested channel (e.g., 1, 6, or 11 on 2.4 GHz).
- 3. Inspect antenna: Open the charger and ensure the Wi‑Fi antenna is firmly connected to the communication module and routed away from metal surfaces where possible.
- 4. Consider Ethernet: If possible, connect the Vestel charger via Ethernet cable for more reliable communication.
- 5. Replace antenna/module: If signal remains poor despite good router placement, replace the Wi‑Fi antenna or communication module.
