How to Fix / Troubleshooting

- Firmware update: Use the Volvo app or service tool to check for and apply any available firmware updates that address metering issues.
- Power‑cycle and verify: After any changes, restore power and compare the charger’s kWh readings with your utility meter over a short test session.
If E14 remains and accurate metering is required for billing or load management, the main control board or meter module will need replacement by a qualified technician.
