• Internal cable inspection (qualified technician): Open the Wallbox and locate the ribbon or harness connecting the main control board to any daughter boards (e.g., communication module, RFID reader). Reseat all connectors carefully.
• Remove sources of interference: Ensure that high‑power switching devices (e.g., VFDs, welders) are not installed on the same circuit or immediately adjacent to the Wallbox wiring, as they can induce noise.
• Module replacement: If reseating cables does not help, replace the communication module or main control board as indicated by diagnostic LEDs or service documentation.
