Possible Causes
Failed LED strip or display module, Loose low‑voltage connector, Damaged front panel cable, Partial main board failure in indicator driver section
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power before removing the front cover or display panel.
- Check app status: Use the Wallbox app to confirm that charging functions are normal. If so, the issue is limited to indicators.
- Inspect front panel cable: With power off, open the unit and verify that the ribbon or harness connecting the front LEDs/display to the main board is securely plugged in.
- Look for damage: Check the LED strip or display for cracks, moisture, or burn marks. Replace the front panel assembly if damaged.
- Driver circuit: If wiring and panel are good, the LED driver on the main board may have failed; replace the main board if indicator functionality is required.
The charger may still be safe to use if only indicators are faulty, but you will lack visual status; consider repair for usability.
