Wallbox charger’s internal fan (if equipped) runs loudly or continuously, even at low load or when idle.

Safety first: Turn off power before cleaning vents or replacing the fan.

• Clean vents: Use a vacuum or soft brush to remove dust from intake and exhaust vents. Do not use compressed air directly into the unit.
• Check ambient temperature: High room temperature can cause the fan to run more often; improve ventilation or cooling in the area.
• Internal inspection (technician): Open the unit and inspect the fan for wobble or noise when spun by hand. Replace if bearings are rough or noisy.
• Sensor check: Verify that the temperature sensor is properly attached to its mounting point. A detached sensor may read incorrectly high.

A constantly running fan may not be dangerous but indicates a cooling or sensing issue that should be corrected to extend component life.
