Possible Causes
RFID authorization required but not presented, Charger set to 'locked' mode in app, Schedule preventing immediate charging, Access restricted to specific users
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: This is a control issue; no internal electrical work is usually needed.
- Check app status: Open the Wallbox app and verify that the charger is not in 'locked' or 'paused' state. Unlock or resume as needed.
- Review schedules: Look for active charging schedules that may delay charging to off‑peak hours. Temporarily disable schedules and try again.
- RFID/access control: If RFID is enabled, present an authorized card or disable RFID in settings (if allowed). Ensure your user account has permission to start sessions.
- Test with another user/device: Try starting a session from another authorized smartphone or account to rule out account‑specific issues.
If the charger remains in standby with no current flow and no errors, contact Wallbox support to review configuration logs.
