Possible Causes
Disconnected or reversed external CTs on main supply, Damaged CT cable to Walli load controller, Incorrect CT ratio or configuration, Faulty Walli load management module
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: CTs are installed on live mains; only qualified electricians should adjust them.
Steps:
- Visual inspection: Check that all external CTs are securely clamped around the correct conductors and oriented according to the arrows.
- Check CT wiring: Trace the CT cables back to the Walli load management input terminals. Ensure no cuts or pinches and that terminals are tight.
- Configuration: In the Walli installer settings, verify CT ratio, phase assignment, and load management mode.
- Test without load management: Temporarily disable dynamic load balancing (if allowed) to see if the charger operates normally. If so, the issue is isolated to the CT/load management system.
- Replace CTs or module: If wiring and configuration are correct but E20 persists, replace the external CT set or the Walli load management module as per service guidance.
