Walli EV charger has no power at all: no LEDs, no display, and not visible in the app.

Safety first: Do not work on live circuits. Use lockout/tagout where possible.

Steps:

• Check upstream protection: Locate the dedicated breaker or fuse for the Walli charger. Reset a tripped breaker once; if it trips again immediately, stop and investigate further.
• Verify voltage at input: Have an electrician measure voltage at the Walli input terminals to confirm supply is present.
• Inspect terminals: With power off, open the Walli and check that all supply conductors are firmly clamped and show no signs of overheating.
• Internal fuse: Some Walli models include an internal low‑voltage fuse on the main board. If accessible and replaceable, test and replace it with the exact same type and rating.
• If supply and fuse are good but unit is dead: The internal power supply section of the Walli main control board has likely failed and the board should be replaced.
