Webasto charger’s Type 2 plug will not fully insert into the vehicle inlet or requires excessive force.

Safety first: Do not force the connector; you may damage both the charger and vehicle.

• Inspect both sides: Examine the Webasto plug and the vehicle inlet for foreign objects, bent pins, or deformation.
• Clean gently: Remove loose dirt with a soft, dry brush. Do not use metal tools or liquids.
• Check alignment: Ensure the plug is oriented correctly and pushed straight in, not at an angle.
• Replace damaged plug: If the plug housing or pins are visibly deformed, replace the entire Webasto cable assembly.
