Possible Causes
Tripped upstream circuit breaker, Blown internal fuse on Webasto PCB, Loose line or neutral at terminal block, Failed low-voltage power supply module
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Always verify the circuit is de‑energized before removing covers. Use a qualified electrician for live tests.
- Check breaker and RCD: Inspect your electrical panel and reset any tripped breaker or RCD feeding the Webasto charger. If it trips again immediately, stop and call an electrician.
- Verify outlet/circuit: If the charger is on a plug‑in connection, test the outlet with another high‑load device to confirm power is present.
- Inspect external wiring: Look for damage to conduits, junction boxes, or visible cables leading to the charger.
- Internal inspection: A technician can open the Webasto unit, check the internal fuse(s) and measure the low‑voltage supply to the control board. Replace blown fuses only after identifying and correcting the root cause.
