Possible Causes

Tripped upstream breaker or RCD, Blown internal fuse, Loose supply wiring at terminal block, Failed power supply module on main board

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Do not open the charger unless you are qualified. High voltage is present inside.

Steps:

  • Check distribution board: Verify that the breaker and any RCD feeding the charger are ON and not tripped. Reset if necessary.
  • Test another appliance: If possible, confirm that the circuit has power by plugging in another device (on a suitable outlet) on the same circuit.
  • Power-cycle: Turn the breaker OFF for 1 minute, then ON, and watch for any LED activity.
  • If still dead: A technician should open the unit, check for an internal fuse, verify supply at the terminal block, and test the low-voltage power supply on the main board. Replace the power supply or main board as required.
