Steps:

Check via app: Confirm that the charger is operating normally using the Zaptec app or portal.
Power-cycle: Turn the breaker OFF for 2 minutes, then ON, and see if the LED behavior changes.
Technician repair: Inspect the LED assembly and its connector. Replace the LED module if defective. If the driver circuit on the main board is faulty, replace the main control board.
