Safety: Unplug the freezer before accessing the rear or internal panels.

Steps:

• 1. Identify source: Check if water is coming from inside (door area) or from the rear under the unit.
• 2. Clear drain: Follow the blocked drain procedure to ensure meltwater flows correctly.
• 3. Inspect drain pan: At the rear, locate the plastic drain pan on top of the compressor. Check for cracks or displacement. Replace if damaged.
• 4. Level the unit: Adjust leveling feet so the freezer is slightly tilted back, helping the door close and water drain correctly.
