Freezer display works but buttons do not respond or respond intermittently.

Safety: Unplug the freezer before opening the control panel.

Steps:

• 1. Drying: If the panel was recently cleaned with liquid, leave the unit unplugged for several hours to dry.
• 2. Access panel: Remove the control fascia and inspect the keypad ribbon cable. Reseat it firmly.
• 3. Check for corrosion: Clean light corrosion with isopropyl alcohol and a soft brush.
• 4. Replace panel: If buttons remain unresponsive, replace the "Amica Freezer Control Panel/Keypad Assembly".

Note: Avoid spraying cleaners directly on the panel to prevent recurrence.
