Buttons on the freezer control panel do not respond or respond intermittently.

Safety first: Unplug the freezer before opening the control panel.

• Dry the panel: If condensation or spills occurred, allow the panel to dry completely with the door open and power off for several hours.
• Inspect UI board: Remove the panel and look for corrosion or residue on the keypad contacts.
• Clean contacts: If accessible, gently clean with isopropyl alcohol and a lint-free swab.
• Replace UI assembly: If cleaning does not restore function, install a new user interface board or keypad assembly.

After replacement, verify all buttons work and reprogram settings as needed.
