How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the freezer before removing the control panel.
- Check for response: Press buttons and listen for beeps or changes in compressor operation. If controls respond but display is dark, suspect the display module.
- Access UI board: Remove the front/top trim and inspect the display PCB and connectors.
- Reseat connectors: Unplug and reconnect the ribbon cable or harness to the display.
