Freezer is very noisy during operation; rattling, vibrating, or metallic clanking sounds.

Safety: Unplug the freezer before tightening components or moving the unit.

Steps:

• Level the unit: Use a bubble level and adjust the front leveling legs so the freezer is stable and slightly tilted back.
• Check for loose panels: Tighten any loose screws on the rear cover, interior panels, or compressor compartment.
• Inspect fan mounts: Verify that condenser and evaporator fans are securely mounted and not contacting shrouds or wiring. Tighten screws or replace broken fan brackets.
• Compressor mounts: Check rubber grommets under the compressor. Replace if missing or deteriorated.
• Isolate tubing: If copper refrigerant lines are touching the cabinet and buzzing, gently bend them away slightly and insert foam or rubber spacers.
