Buttons on the control panel unresponsive or intermittent

Safety: Disconnect mains power before working on the control panel.

• Clean panel surface: Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth to remove grease or dirt that may affect touch sensitivity.
• Access UI board: Remove the control housing and inspect the keypad contacts or touch sensor area for contamination.
• Reseat connectors: Ensure the UI ribbon cable is firmly connected.
• Replace UI module: If specific buttons remain unresponsive, replace the entire user interface module.
