How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Disconnect power before removing the control housing.
- Check operation: Press the Super/Quick Freeze button and observe if any relay click or compressor speed change occurs. If nothing happens, suspect UI or board.
- Inspect UI: Remove the control panel and check the Super Freeze button contacts for wear or contamination.
- Check harness: Ensure the connector between UI and main PCB is fully seated and undamaged.
- Power reset: Unplug the freezer for 10 minutes to reset the control. If E3 returns, further diagnosis is needed.
- Replace UI or PCB: If the button is physically damaged, replace the UI panel. If the UI is good but the main board does not respond, the PCB may need replacement by a technician.
