Freezer makes loud knocking or rattling noise during operation

Safety: Unplug the freezer before adjusting internal components or fans.

• Level the appliance: Use a spirit level and adjust the front feet so the freezer is stable and does not rock.
• Check internal fittings: Ensure all drawers, shelves, and the evaporator cover are properly seated and not vibrating.
