Freezer exterior sides or front frame feel very hot to the touch

Possible Causes
Normal condenser heating, Poor ventilation around appliance, Dirty condenser coils, Overloaded freezer causing long run times
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the freezer before cleaning the condenser.
Steps:
- Check ventilation: Ensure there is adequate clearance around the sides, back, and top as specified by Beko. Do not block vents.
- Clean condenser: Vacuum dust from the condenser coils at the back or underneath.
- Check ambient temperature: Very hot rooms will cause the cabinet frame to feel hotter.
- If the exterior is extremely hot and the compressor runs constantly, there may be a cooling system issue. Have a technician check the refrigerant charge and compressor operation.
