Possible Causes
Failed condenser fan motor, Dust-clogged fan blades, Broken fan wiring, Faulty PCB fan control
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the freezer before accessing the rear compartment.
Steps:
- 1. Access condenser area: Remove the rear lower cover to expose the condenser coil and fan (if your Belling model uses one).
- 2. Clean and inspect: Remove dust and debris from the fan and condenser. Ensure the fan blades are not obstructed.
- 3. Spin test: Manually spin the fan. If stiff or noisy, the motor bearings may be worn; replace the fan motor.
- 4. Electrical test: Check continuity of the fan motor and inspect wiring for damage. Replace the motor or harness as needed.
- 5. PCB control: If the motor is good but never receives power, the PCB fan driver may be faulty. Replace the main control PCB.
