4. Frost pattern: If accessible, remove the internal rear panel and inspect the evaporator. A small frost patch only near the inlet suggests a refrigerant issue or blockage, which requires a refrigeration engineer.
5. Load and environment: Avoid overloading the freezer and keep it away from heat sources.

Note: Refrigerant work must be done by a certified technician; do not attempt to open the sealed system yourself.
