How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Disconnect mains power before removing the display assembly.
Steps:
- Inspect fascia: Check for signs of liquid spills or condensation behind the display window.
- Remove display panel: Carefully unclip or unscrew the display housing from the door or cabinet.
- Check connections: Reseat the connectors between the display board and the main harness. Look for corrosion or broken solder joints.
- Dry and clean: If moisture is present, dry the area thoroughly and clean with isopropyl alcohol on a cotton swab if needed.
- Replace display board: If the display remains unresponsive or E10 persists, replace the user interface/display PCB with a Bosch-compatible part.
Note: Avoid pressing the display with excessive force and do not use abrasive cleaners on the control panel.
