E14 displayed; freezer may not enter or exit SuperFreeze mode correctly.

Safety: Disconnect mains power before working on the control panel.

Steps:

• Test button: Press the SuperFreeze button and observe if the indicator responds. If unresponsive, suspect the button or touch sensor.
• Access UI board: Remove the control panel and inspect the SuperFreeze switch area for cracks or contamination.
• Clean contacts: For mechanical buttons, clean the contacts with isopropyl alcohol. For capacitive touch, ensure the glass/plastic surface is clean and dry.
• Check wiring: Verify continuity of the harness from the UI board to the main control module.
• Replace faulty board: If the button circuit is defective, replace the user interface board. If the UI is good but E14 persists, the main control module may need replacement.
