• Reduce warm load: If you recently added a large quantity of unfrozen food, activate SuperFreeze (if available) and avoid opening the door for several hours.
• Check ventilation: Confirm that the freezer has adequate clearance and that the rear grille and condenser are not clogged with dust.
• Monitor temperature: Place a thermometer inside and monitor over 12–24 hours. If temperature does not drop to the setpoint, further diagnosis is needed.
• Sensor and system check: If the unit runs continuously but does not cool, suspect a sealed system issue (refrigerant leak, blocked capillary, weak compressor) or a faulty sensor. These require professional service.
