Spin the fan by hand: With power off, gently rotate the fan blade. If stiff or seized, replace the evaporator fan motor.
Inspect wiring: Check the fan connector and wires for damage or loose connections. Reseat the connector firmly.
Test voltage (advanced): With the unit powered and calling for cooling, measure voltage at the fan connector. If correct voltage is present but the fan does not run, replace the fan motor. If no voltage, suspect the main control board.
