Continuity test: If you can access the heater leads, disconnect and measure resistance. An open circuit indicates a failed heater.
If heater is open: The door or cabinet frame heater assembly may need replacement; this often requires professional service due to foamed-in wiring.
If heater is good: The control board may not be energizing the heater. Replace the main control board after verifying wiring.
