Freezer exterior sides feel very hot to the touch.

Safety first: Some warmth on the sides is normal, but excessive heat may indicate a problem.

• Improve ventilation: Ensure there is adequate clearance around the freezer (check Bush installation instructions). Do not block vents.
• Clean condenser: If your model has an exposed condenser at the back or underneath, clean it thoroughly with a brush and vacuum.
• Check ambient temperature: Avoid operating the freezer in very hot rooms or direct sunlight.

If the sides are extremely hot and the compressor runs constantly, have the cooling system checked by a technician.
