Safety first: Most checks can be done with power on; avoid removing exterior panels while energized.

• Check gasket seal: Inspect and replace damaged gaskets to reduce warm, moist air infiltration.
• Use energy saver settings appropriately: Some Café models have an energy saver or moisture control switch that turns door heaters off. If you see condensation, turn moisture control on.
• Reduce humidity: Use a dehumidifier in very humid rooms and avoid leaving the door open for extended periods.
• Heater circuit check: If condensation persists with moisture control on, the mullion heater circuit or control board may be faulty and require technician diagnosis.
