Freezer vibrates excessively and may move or rattle against surrounding cabinets

Safety first: Have someone assist when tilting or moving the freezer to avoid injury.

• Level the unit: Place a level on top of the freezer and adjust the front leveling legs until the unit is stable and does not rock.
• Check floor surface: Ensure the floor is solid and not flexing. Use shims if necessary to stabilize the unit.
• Secure lines and panels: Tighten any loose panels and secure refrigerant lines that may be vibrating against the cabinet.
• Inspect fans: If vibration seems to come from fans, check for bent blades or debris and replace the fan motor if the shaft is bent or bearings are worn.
