• Check door switch: Verify that the door switch operates (you may hear a click). Test continuity with a multimeter and replace if faulty.
• Access light module: Remove the plastic light cover inside the Candy freezer and inspect the LED module for discoloration or burn marks.
• Test and replace module: If the module appears damaged or does not light when powered, replace it with a Candy-compatible LED light assembly.
• Inspect wiring: Ensure the light connector is firmly seated and wires are not damaged.
• Restore power and test: Plug the freezer back in and confirm that the light operates when the door is opened.
