Freezer drawers sticking or difficult to slide in and out

Steps to improve drawer movement:

• 1. Remove drawers: Take out all drawers and inspect for cracks or warping.
• 2. Defrost ice: If ice is present on runners or tracks, defrost the freezer and wipe dry.
• 3. Clean tracks: Remove crumbs and debris from the runners and contact surfaces.
• 4. Avoid overloading: Do not exceed recommended load; heavy loads can deform drawers.
• 5. Replace damaged drawers: Fit new Caple drawers if existing ones are warped or cracked.

Note: Do not use lubricants inside the freezer; they can become sticky and unhygienic.
