Ice building up under the bottom drawer only

Safety: Unplug before defrosting and clearing the drain.

Steps to fix bottom ice build‑up:

• 1. Remove bottom drawer: Expose the floor of the freezer compartment.
• 2. Defrost ice: Allow ice to melt naturally or use a hairdryer on low at a safe distance. Mop up water.
• 3. Clear drain hole: Locate the drain at the back and clear with a soft probe. Flush with warm water until it flows freely.
• 4. Check levelling: Ensure the freezer tilts slightly backwards so water flows to the drain, not forward.
• 5. Inspect gasket: Fix any seal issues that may be causing excess frost.

Note: Repeat blockages may indicate a design issue; periodic cleaning may be required.
