How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the freezer before accessing sensors or the control board.

- 2. Inspect sensor connections: Locate the cabinet temperature sensor and ensure its connector is fully seated and wires are intact.
- 3. Test sensor resistance: Measure resistance and compare to the NTC chart. Replace if open, shorted, or out of range.
- 4. Check harness continuity: Test wiring from sensor to control board and repair any breaks.
- 5. Replace control board: If sensor and wiring are good but display still shows dashes, replace the main control board.
