Safety: Unplug the freezer before handling internal wiring.

Steps to stop false alarms:

1. Verify actual temperature: Use a thermometer to confirm the freezer is at the correct temperature.
2. Check door switch and gasket: Ensure the door closes fully and the door switch operates correctly.
3. Inspect sensor connections: Reseat connectors for the cabinet NTC sensor and ambient sensor on the main control PCB.
4. Power reset: Unplug the unit for 10 minutes to reset the control. If alarms persist, the main control PCB may need replacement.

Note: Consult the user manual for alarm mute/reset procedures while diagnosing.
