Ice forming on freezer floor or under bottom drawer.

Safety first: Unplug the freezer and place towels to absorb melting ice.

• Remove ice: Take out the bottom drawer and chip away loose ice with a plastic tool. Do not use metal tools.
• Clear drain hole: Locate the drain at the back of the Fagor freezer floor or under the evaporator and flush with hot water until it flows freely.
• Warm drain tube: Use a hair dryer on low at the rear where the drain tube enters the cabinet to melt internal ice.
• Reduce frost load: Limit door openings and ensure the door gasket seals properly to reduce future ice formation.
