How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety First: Disconnect power before removing the control panel. Do not use metal tools directly on circuit traces.
- Step 1 – Clean panel surface: Wipe the control panel with a slightly damp cloth and mild detergent, then dry thoroughly. Do not flood the panel with liquid.
- Step 2 – Exercise buttons: Press each button repeatedly to free any that may be sticking.
- Step 3 – Inspect UI overlay: Remove the panel and check the keypad overlay and circuit for cracks or corrosion. Replace the overlay or entire user interface board if damaged.
- Step 4 – Reassemble and test: Restore power and verify that F2 is cleared and all buttons respond.
