Freezer interior light does not turn on when door is opened, but cooling is normal.

Safety First: Unplug the freezer before replacing bulbs or switches.

• Step 1 – Check bulb or LED module: On models with replaceable bulbs, remove and inspect the bulb. Replace with the correct type and wattage. For LED modules, inspect for visible damage.
• Step 2 – Test door switch: Press the door switch manually; if the light flickers or never comes on, test the switch for continuity and replace if faulty.
