Freezer displays F6 and may not respond to temperature adjustments.

Safety first: Disconnect power before opening the control panel.

• Inspect keypad: Check for physical damage or signs of liquid spills on the control panel.
• Dry moisture: If condensation or liquid is present, carefully dry the area with a soft cloth and allow the panel to air dry completely before reassembly.
• Reseat ribbon cable: Disconnect and reconnect the flat cable between the keypad/display and main PCB.
• Test buttons: After restoring power, test each button. If some remain unresponsive or F6 persists, replace the control panel / user interface board.
