Possible Causes

Freezer not level, Loose leveling feet, Cabinet touching wall or cabinets, Internal components resonating with floor

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Avoid tipping the freezer excessively; keep it upright to protect the sealed system.

  • Level the unit: Use a spirit level on top of the freezer. Adjust front and rear leveling feet until the cabinet is stable and level.
  • Clearances: Ensure the freezer is not touching the wall or adjacent cabinets. Leave a small gap to prevent transmitted vibration.
  • Anti-vibration pads: Place rubber pads or a dense foam mat under the feet to absorb vibration, especially on wooden or tile floors.
  • Internal items: Rearrange heavy items inside so they are not all on one side, which can amplify vibration.
