Water or condensation forming on the exterior of the freezer cabinet or around the door frame.

Safety first: Keep the area dry to prevent slips and electrical hazards.

• Improve ventilation: Ensure adequate clearance around the freezer and that vents are not blocked.
• Check gasket: Inspect and clean the door gasket. Replace if it is not sealing, as warm moist air entering will condense on cold surfaces.
• Control humidity: Use a dehumidifier in very humid rooms or relocate the freezer to a drier area if possible.
• Door frame heater: Some Hisense models have a heater around the door frame. If the frame is very cold and sweating heavily, the heater circuit may have failed and should be checked by a technician.
