Freezer interior light not working but cooling is normal.

Safety: Unplug the freezer before changing bulbs or working on the light circuit.

• Check bulb: Remove the light cover (usually clipped or screwed). Inspect the bulb for a broken filament or darkened glass. Replace with the correct wattage or LED type specified by Hoover.
• Test door switch: Press the door switch manually and see if the light flickers. If not, test the switch for continuity and replace if faulty.
• Inspect lamp holder: Check for loose wires or signs of heat damage at the lamp holder. Tighten connections as needed.
• LED modules: On models with LED lighting, the entire LED light module may need replacement if it has failed.
