Freezer shows E2 and buttons may not respond correctly.

Safety: Unplug the freezer before removing the control panel.

Steps:

• 1. Check for stuck buttons: Press each button several times to see if any feel stuck or do not click.
• 2. Remove UI panel: Carefully unclip or unscrew the front control panel.
• 3. Inspect for moisture: Look for condensation or spills that may have entered the keypad area. Dry gently with a soft cloth and allow to air dry fully.
• 4. Reseat ribbon cable: Disconnect and reconnect the flat cable between the UI and main board.
• 5. Replace UI board: If E2 persists and a specific button is unresponsive, replace the user interface PCB.
