Possible Causes

Shorted compressor windings, Faulty start relay, Overcurrent detection on PCB, Seized compressor

Safety first: Unplug the freezer. Components may be hot.

Steps:

Access the compressor and test the start relay and overload as described in F07.
Measure compressor winding resistances; very low or uneven readings may indicate an internal fault.
If the relay and overload are good but the compressor trips repeatedly, a sealed-system technician is required to diagnose and possibly replace the compressor.
